We are an integrated manufacturer and exporter, combining production, quality control, and engineering support. Home Care Bed Factory in China. Our facility is organized by workflow, covering welding, surface treatment, assembly, packing, finished goods warehousing, and container loading. With coordinated teams in production, QC, engineering, and after-sales, we ensure consistent quality, stable delivery, and export-ready support for global customers.
Jiangsu Youngcoln Medical Co., Ltd. operates as one of the Home Care Bed Manufacturers in China, producing eight electric and manual models from our factory in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu. The range sits inside our wider Hospital Bed programme and is built for home nursing, residential care, step-down wards and distributor stock rather than for intensive-care use.
Every model follows the same engineering logic: a welded frame, adjustable backrest and leg sections, caster and side-rail options, and a drive system chosen to match the care routine and the power available at the bedside. Electric versions cover two-, three- and five-function layouts, while the manual model uses crank operation and a wooden headboard where mains power at the bed is unreliable or the budget is fixed.
A home care bed works on a different duty cycle from an acute-care bed. It stays in one room, is operated by a family member or care assistant rather than a ward nurse, and has to look acceptable in a domestic bedroom. Platform height, handset simplicity and a stable frame matter more than radiolucency or Trendelenburg travel.
Typical deployments include private homes after hospital discharge, nursing and assisted-living rooms, rehabilitation and step-down units, district hospital overflow wards, rental fleets and dealer stock. In each case the bed has to match the resident, the caregiver and the route into the room.
| Model | Drive | Layout | Where it fits |
|---|---|---|---|
| YC-E803 | Electric | Five functions | Higher-dependency home care and nursing rooms |
| YC-E5611K(II) | Electric | Five functions | Long-term care with full powered positioning |
| YC-E5011L | Electric | Adjustable rotating platform | Elderly users who need help turning and rising |
| YC-E3011L(I) | Electric | Three functions | Standard electric nursing bed |
| YC-E3011L(II) | Electric | Three functions | Alternative three-function platform for volume orders |
| YC-T2011L | Manual crank | Wooden headboard | Power-limited homes and budget-fixed projects |
| YC-E2011L(I) | Electric | Two functions | Basic nursing where positioning help is the priority |
| YC-E2611L(II) | Electric | Two functions, foldable design | Deliveries and storage where packed volume matters |
Function count is the main cost driver in this range, so we fix it against the daily routine rather than against catalogue position. A resident who only needs the backrest raised for meals does not require a five-function platform; a resident who must be repositioned several times a night usually does.
We build to an approved drawing and specification sheet, not to a generic catalogue description. The following values are agreed before the first frame is cut, and they appear on the confirmation drawing you approve.
Electric models are configured around the destination power supply. We confirm voltage, frequency and plug type, then set the control box position and cable routing so the handset reaches the caregiver from either side of the bed without crossing the resident.
Where the care plan calls for it, we specify a handset lockout to prevent resident operation, a backup battery for mains failure, and a low starting height for night-time care. Cable strain relief, plug retention and actuator connector locking are checked at final inspection on every unit.
Frames are formed, welded and surface-treated before assembly, and the finish is selected for repeated wiping with facility disinfectants. We confirm the steel section, coating system and panel material on the specification sheet so the delivered bed matches the cleaning protocol in use.
Removable headboards, smooth rail profiles and sealed caster housings reduce dirt traps. Mattress platforms are specified together with the mattress so the two locate properly and do not slide during height adjustment.
Quality control follows the production route. Incoming frame parts, casters, brakes and side rails are checked before release to production; welding and assembly are inspected in process; finished beds are function-tested for lifting, locking and adjustment; and outgoing checks confirm model, quantity, accessories and packaging labels.
Our plant runs at 20,000+ hospital beds a year across a 7,500 m² facility, with an average lead time of 22 days and around 85% of output exported. Orders ship with the compliance documents that apply to the ordered configuration: CE Declaration of Conformity, ISO9001 and ISO13485 certificates, and the Medical Device Manufacturing Enterprise License.
Distributors order this range under their own brand. We support OEM work with model naming, label sets, manual covers and branding-ready packaging, and the technical file is kept aligned with the branded configuration.
Beds arrive with the handset, fixings and documentation for the ordered configuration. Installation is a short sequence — frame placement, caster fitment, rail and headboard mounting, handset connection and a full function cycle — and the same checklist used at our final inspection is supplied so the installing team can repeat the test.
| Project input | What it determines |
|---|---|
| Care setting and resident profile | Function set, platform height range, rail type and safe working load |
| Room size and access route | External bed size and caster size for the path into the room |
| Mattress specification | Platform dimensions, retention and usable height range |
| Bedside power supply | Motor voltage, frequency, plug type and backup battery |
| Caregiver routine | Handset layout, lockout requirement and function count |
| Branding and packaging | Label set, manual cover and carton marks |
| Quantity and delivery schedule | Production slot, packing method and container plan |
| Destination market | Documentation language, compliance file and label text |
The YC-E5011L electric adjustable rotating bed was developed for that situation. We confirm the resident weight range, platform height and room clearance before the order is released, because the rotating action needs free space at the side of the bed.
Yes. The YC-E2011L(I) and the foldable YC-E2611L(II) cover two-function electric nursing use. Tell us which two movements the care routine depends on, and we will confirm the configuration on the drawing.
Model and function set, external dimensions, mattress specification, voltage and plug type, branding requirements, quantity, delivery schedule, destination market and documentation language. With those inputs we issue a configuration drawing and a quotation against it.
Each order ships with the documents that apply to its configuration, including the CE Declaration of Conformity, ISO9001 and ISO13485 certificates and the Medical Device Manufacturing Enterprise License. Label text and manual language are set for the destination market.
We hold service parts for casters, handsets, actuators, side rails and headboards. Quote the model and order reference when ordering, and we will match the part to the original configuration.
